Expression
A thoughtfully placed treatment designed to soften the appearance of expression lines while preserving natural movement — frown lines, forehead and crow’s feet. Smaller areas too: a lip flip, bunny lines, chin dimpling, a gummy smile and downturned corners of the mouth. The goal is never to erase what makes you recognizable.

Volume
A soft, hydrated lip — shape, symmetry or a whisper of extra volume. Proportion is read before anything is added, and the result is built gradually across sessions rather than in one appointment.

Where to begin
Most people arrive with a feeling about their face before a name for the treatment. That is exactly the right place to start — you describe what you notice, and the plan is built from there.
The Ritual
An unhurried conversation about your concerns, history and goals. Facial assessment, honest expectations, and a written plan. Never a hard sell.
At your appointment, your goals and history are reviewed as part of the physician-directed clinical process before treatment begins.
Every medical cosmetic procedure is charted in your medical record. A follow-up is standard for injectables at about two weeks.
Aftercare instructions are provided in writing, and your two-week review is scheduled so the result can be assessed and refined.

I’m Robbie, founder of Ara Luna Aesthetics. I created Ara Luna from a sincere desire to help people become the most confident version of themselves — not by changing who they are, but by thoughtfully enhancing the beauty and individuality they already carry.
With training in cosmetic injectables, microneedling and advanced aesthetic treatments, I believe beautiful results begin with education, careful assessment and respect for each person’s unique anatomy.
Every appointment begins with a genuine conversation. I want to understand your concerns, what can be treated safely, and the results that can look balanced and authentic to you. I will never recommend more simply for the sake of doing more. If a treatment is not appropriate or honestly worth pursuing, I will tell you.

I do — every treatment, every time. I follow written protocols authorized by the medical director, Daniel Olivero, M.D., and I review your goals and health history with you before anything begins.
You should look like yourself — elevated. My work is designed to illuminate what is already yours: brighter skin, softer lines, refined shape. I build every plan with intention and refine it across visits, so the change looks considered, never overdone. People may notice you look radiant; they should not be able to tell why.
Every face responds differently, so I cannot promise a specific outcome. I will always tell you honestly what I expect.
Starting prices are on each treatment page. Your final quote depends on the product, the number of units or vials, and your plan. I confirm it with you in writing after your assessment.
I come to you. I serve Fort Worth, Dallas and Highland Park, and communities within about 40 miles of Burleson. Availability and travel vary by treatment and location, so tell me where you are based when you inquire.
Before your visit, I confirm parking and arrival details. I bring a compact treatment setup and create a clean, calm space in your home, and you will know the timing and plan before I arrive.
Please avoid alcohol for twenty-four hours before your visit, and blood-thinning supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E and high-dose NSAIDs for several days beforehand, to reduce bruising. Never stop a prescribed medication without talking to your prescribing physician first. I will send your full instructions in writing before your visit.
Inquire
Send a note with what you are considering and where you are based, or call or text 682‑288‑1155. Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation to treat.
Deposit. A $150 deposit reserves a concierge appointment and is applied to the treatment total when you attend.
Rescheduling. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability, and the deposit transfers to the new date. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.
Cancellations and missed appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the deposit. If you arrive late the appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted or rescheduled so the next appointment is not affected.
Eligibility. A deposit reserves time, not treatment. Treatment is provided only after the in-person assessment confirms it is appropriate.
Travel. A $650 minimum appointment value applies to concierge visits. Travel outside the service area needs advance approval and may carry a travel fee, disclosed in writing before the appointment is confirmed.
Aftercare. You are given aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. For a non-routine concern, follow the care instructions provided at your appointment. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
